Customer Care Philosopy

Customers matter.  What they think of us matters.  In today’s world, many people have said the art of customer service is dead, but Wireless Communications doesn’t believe that. 

We recognize the value in having a loyal and growing customer base; not only will satisfied customers give us their business for years to come, but they will also recommend us to others.  Recognizing this, we at Wireless Communications subscribe to the belief that every customer counts, and we want our customers to be honest with us so we can improve our service.

Wireless Communications utilizes an internal Web-based survey to monitor and improve customer service.  Wireless Communications has also implemented customer focus groups and rewards customer loyalty with an incentive program. 

Employee Empowerment

At Wireless Communications, we don’t believe in ever answering a customer’s questions with, “That’s not my department,” or “I’ll have to talk to a manager.”  We think employee empowerment leads to better service and a higher level of ownership when customer issues arise, so we encourage employees to resolve customer issues on the spot in the manner they think best.
