Leo brings over 30 years of experience in the communications solutions industry to his role as President. Leo and his partner have owned and operated Wireless Communications, Inc. for the past 13 years, growing and expanding Wireless with high quality and knowledgeable associates committed to providing superior technical solutions to its customers.

His vision is rooted in continuing to build strategies, growth and financial stability with a long term success commitment.

Chuck joined Motorola in 1976, as a service representative after retiring from a 23 year career in the U.S. Navy. He retired as a Master Chief Petty Officer. Chuck managed Motorola’s Company Owned Service Center in Charlotte from July 1981 until Nov 1995, at which time he and his partner purchased the Service Center from Motorola and changed the name to Wireless Communications.

Jeff Hensley currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer and on the Board of Directors at Wireless Communications, Inc. He oversees the management team that runs the day-to-day operations, including sales, technical and retail.

He brings to Wireless Communications 24 years of experience in the communications industry. Prior to joining Wireless, Jeff enjoyed a five year career with Motorola as a commercial sales representative in eastern North Carolina and a six year career in sales, sales management and general management of Professional Communications in Fayetteville, North Carolina.

Since joining Wireless Communications, Inc. in 1996, Jeff has held the position of sales manager, general manager and his current position as the Chief Executive Officer.

Dennis has more than 15 years experience in the accounting profession. Dennis joined Wireless Communications, Inc. in 1996 and oversaw the accounting functions as Controller for 12 years. Currently, Dennis applies his strong knowledge of accounting and financial principles as Chief Financial Officer and serves on the Board of Directors.

Prior to joining Wireless Communications, Dennis has held both staff accounting and senior accounting positions with a national tour operator.

Kathy Bussell brings over 12 years experience to her role as Director of Human Resources. She provides a full range of support for both management and employees. As an experienced HR Generalist, Kathy has been responsible for the development and delivery of best practices, including benefits, policy development, federal regulation and employee retention.

She is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the Society for Human Resources Management.
